My passion for photography and writing led me to attend the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) in the Journalism Arts programm where I majored in Photojournalism and graduated with honours.   

During my time as a photographer I have had the extreme pleasure of working with Western Horse Review Magazine, Alberta Beef Magazine, Alberta Country Magazine, Forty-Four Designs, Vitality Crystals, Prairies to Peaks Tourism Association, Sundre Community Dance, SAIT Polytechnic Alumni and Development as well as a host of other individuals, families and couples.

I am from a farm and ranch north of Sundre, Alberta. In my spare time I enjoy quading, hiking and exploring the Canadian Rockies. I enjoy meeting and working with new people and I also love to travel.

I believe you can tell a story through photographs. This is what I strive to do each time I'm behind the lens.

Recently I began operating a tour business called Rural Route Tours which fits in well with my passion for the outdoors. My love of travel has inspired me to visit Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, England, Scotland, Wales, and many states of the U.S.A. There are many more places I plan on visiting and photographing in the future.

Through photography I have learned, When you love what you do there is no greater success.
